Meet Dr. Tofunmi Osundeko
To current and future White Center Smiles Patients, Thank you for stopping by to get to know a little bit more about me. One question that I’m always asked is: why dentistry? Why did you choose this profession? Dentistry is art. It is precision. It is teaching others how to create and maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. I enjoy the challenges and the victories my profession grants me, and every day is a fresh, new experience. My goal is to help others in realizing all things are possible.
I grew up in historic Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after immigrating there as a young child. After earning my Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University, I moved to Wichita, Kansas to complete my Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. Not long after, I took a road trip to Seattle, fell in love with the Pacific Northwest, and have been here ever since!

Meet Dr. Ma Kimberley Bernales
Dr. Ma Kimberley Bernales Bernales was born in the Philippines and was raised in the south end of Seattle. She attended Northwest University in Kirkland, WA where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology degree. She continued on to the University of Washington and was awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Dr. Bernales has always focused on providing her patients with wellness-focused dentistry. She looks forward to bringing healthy and confident smiles. She believes that by working together, her dental treatments will not only focus on providing you with the best oral health but that these treatments also positively contribute to your overall wellness. Dr. Bernales is excited to maximize patient lives by discussing concerns and working together for a successful outcome.

Meet Dr. Jessica Shiao
I am so excited to join the team at White Center Smiles. I grew up in Ohio, then New Jersey and I’m now enjoying life in West Seattle with my family, which includes my energetic and affectionate toddler and my fluffy white dog who looks like a polar bear.
I received my Bachelor of Arts at Rutgers University and always had my heart set on taking care of patients. I decided to attend the University of Maryland, the first dental school in the United States and earn my degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery.
My husband is an avid skier and mentioned that Seattle is an awesome city. I decided to check it out and apply to a residency program here. I loved my visit and made the move to West Seattle to complete an Advanced Educational General Dentistry program.
