Our comfort menu is a collection of simple things we offer every patient to make your visit calmer, more comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. You do not have to ask for most of it. It is just part of how we do things here.

Help yourself to any or all of the following during your visit:
Weighted Blankets and Pillows: There is something about a weighted blanket that just settles the nerves. We have them ready for any patient who wants one. Paired with a comfortable pillow, we want you to feel as relaxed as possible while we work.
Stress Balls: Sometimes you just need something to hold onto. Our stress balls are there for any patient who wants something to squeeze during treatment. It is a small thing that makes a real difference.
Hot Scented Towels: A warm, scented towel at the start or end of your visit is a small touch that goes a long way. It is the kind of detail that reminds you this place is different.
Headphones and Music: Dental sounds are one of the most common triggers for anxiety. Pop in a pair of headphones and listen to whatever helps you zone out. Your playlist, a podcast, a favorite album, whatever gets you to your happy place.
Aromatherapy of Your Choice: Scent is one of the fastest ways to shift how you feel. We offer aromatherapy options so you can choose a scent that helps you feel calm and at ease during your appointment.
A Snack Bar to Welcome You: Before your appointment even begins, our front desk team will introduce you to our snack bar with drinks and light goodies. Getting comfortable starts the moment you walk in.
We Go Beyond the Comfort Menu
For patients who need more support, we also offer clinical options to help manage dental anxiety:
- Oral Sedation: A prescribed medication taken before your appointment that helps you feel deeply relaxed throughout your visit. You remain conscious and able to respond but feel calm and at ease.
- Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas): A safe, fast-acting gas administered through a small mask during your appointment. It takes effect within minutes and wears off quickly after treatment, making it easy to drive yourself home.
Both options can be discussed at your first visit or at any appointment. There is no pressure and no judgment. We just want you to get the care you need in a way that feels manageable for you.
