What to Expect on Day One
Your first visit is genuinely one of our favorite days. We love meeting new people and we want you to feel at home from the moment you walk in.
When you arrive, our front desk team will greet you warmly, get to know you a little, and introduce you to our snack bar with drinks and goodies to help you settle in.
From there, our clinical team will get you comfortable in your private room. We offer a full menu of comfort items to make your visit as relaxing as possible:
- Weighted blankets and pillows
- Headphones and music
- Stress balls
- Aromatherapy of your choice
- Hot scented towels

Once you are settled, we take time to learn about your goals for your smile and your oral health. We listen first. Then we build a plan around what matters to you.
If you have dental anxiety, this is a great time to tell us. We talk through all of our options for managing anxiety at your very first visit, including oral sedation and laughing gas. You do not have to white-knuckle your way through an appointment here.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit includes a thorough examination so we can understand exactly where you are starting from. This includes:
- A full oral cancer screening
- An evaluation of your overall oral health
- Digital X-rays
- A review of any cosmetic concerns you may have
After the exam, we sit down with you and go over everything we found. We explain it clearly, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident about your next steps.
Our hygienist will then complete your initial cleaning with care, education, and plenty of attention throughout.
We Work with Your Budget
We accept most major dental insurance plans and are happy to help you understand your benefits before your appointment.
If you do not have insurance, do not let that stop you from getting care. We offer flexible financing through CareCredit and Sunbit and an in-house membership plan so you can get the treatment you need with manageable monthly payments.
